Well today we get our final big look at 'Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom' before its big release in June and boy is this new trailer great. Not only does it show off more of the story but it gives us our first good look at the new Indoraptor. Check it out!

Whoa this new trailer has a bunch of new information! It looks like the remnants of Ingen are up to no good and are selling the rescued dinosaurs from Isla Nublar on the black market. That can't be good.

Also the Indoraptor sure looks like it is going to be even more monstrous than the Indominus Rex. This is the I-Rex perfected and it is absolutely horrifying. This trailer really shows off some of the thriller/horror elements that were missing from the first Jurassic World. I'm so excited to see this movie.

Also check out the new poster released yesterday!

Did this trailer amp up your excitement for the movie? Let us know in the comments below!

Man where do I even start?! The T-rex! Volcanic Isla Nublar! Blue!

This trailer was so chock full of goodies I'm gonna have to rewatch this thing a billion times. I really like that the plot is almost a reverse Lost World.

What do you guys think?

Unseen 'Jurassic World' Concept Art Shows A Very Different Movie

Seth Engstram is a name you might not have heard before, but take it from us, he's responsible for the look and feel of some of your favorite movies. He's a concept artist who takes the script and the studio's vision for a film and translates it artistically into a production-ready visualization. He recently updated his blog with some new never-before-seen concept art for the monstrous hit 'Jurassic World.' Check it out below.

He recently updated his blog with some new never-before-seen concept art for the monstrous hit 'Jurassic World.' Check it out below.

While many of the images look like they were directly translated onto the silver screen, there are a few that stand out unimagined. What looks like a tense rope bridge set-piece in front of a roaring volcano definitely didn't make it into the film (Although, in other early drafts of the park layout, there was a man-made volcano that I think this is actually taking place in front of). A few of the sketches show the now iconic, land traversal pods as a hanging ride being attacked by pteranodons. The most stunning unrealized piece depicts the Indominus Rex tearing the head off of an animatronic T-Rex encased in a fake waterfall setting.

Some of these cut scenes look very exciting, but you can tell for the most part what they were excised for in the film. Most have parallels to action beats that worked wonderfully, so all's well that ends well. Hopefully, we'll see some snippets of concept art leak for the upcoming 'Jurassic World 2,' so that we can start speculating on the mysterious plot summary they've given us.

Thanks to the very awesome Jurassic Outpost for the heads up.

'Pacific Rim 2' Drifts With 'Jurassic World' And 'Kong: Skull Island' Screenwriter Derek Connolly

After the departure of Guillermo del Toro as director and the hiring of Stephen DeKnight to take his place, fans have been hanging on every new piece of news regarding the upcoming sequel to 2013's cult favorite monster mash. Now, The Hollywood Reporter is exclusively announcing that 'Pacific Rim 2' has found a new screenwriter.

Derek Connolly has been hired to take over the reigns from previous draft's writers del Toro himself, Zak Penn, and John Spaihts. He is mostly known for his work as a co-writer on 'Jurassic World' along with director Colin Treverrow and has apparently impressed Legendary with his work on 'Kong: Skull Island' as well. He got his break in the industry co-writing Treverrow's first film 'Safety Not Guarenteed,' and has recently worked on 'Jurassic World 2' and a sci-fi drama for Dreamworks titled 'Intelligent Life.'

Plot details for the 'Pacific Rim' follow-up are scarce, but rumor is that it will take place years after the original with the giant pilot-controlled mechs called Jaegers being much more commonplace. Similar to the flashback scenes in the first film when they first started successfully pushing back the Kaiju threat. It is unclear whether this newly hired scribe is being brought in for revisions or a page one rewrite.

Connolly is definitely making a name for himself in the giant monster genre, and I'm personally looking forward to pretty much every film he's been a part of at this point. Hopefully the studio's confidence in him is proof that he's knocking it out of the park.
